QT5-15 Full-Automatic Hydroform Block Making Line
QT5-15 Block making machine adopts advanced PLC controller system and reliable hydraulic system, which set machine&hydraulics in one making operation more easier and more reliable.
Platform and mould resonance form can make concrete fully liquefied and exhausted in 2-3 seconds, ensuring the products of high density; specifically for high strength standard bricks. The brick can directly stacking, which saved a large investment on plates.
Unique forced feeding device, can utilize cement, river sand, gravel, fly ash, slag, ceramic and other raw materials, by changing column molds to produce variety of standard brick, lay brick, perforated brick, floor tile, etc…
